- 将 FileUpload.js 中的 min_size 默认值从 0 改为 1 - 在 FieldUploadQuestionAction.vue 中，将 min_size 的最小值设置为 1 -确保用户在上传文件时至少选择一个文件，避免出现空文件上传的情况

Type Support for .vue Imports in TS
TypeScript cannot handle type information for .vue imports by default, so we replace the tsc CLI with vue-tsc for type checking. In editors, we need Volar to make the TypeScript language service aware of .vue types.
