huweihang 54f496f962 refactor: 使用NameRemoteSelect组件替换el-select

-更新了AudienceModal和ManageListRemote，以使用新的NameRemoteSelect组件进行成员和教师选择。
-从组件中删除了冗余加载和选项管理。
-增强了NameRemoteSelect组件的样式和功能，以改善用户体验。
-调整index.scss中的样式以获得更好的布局一致性。
