style(MarketItem): 调整市场项目组件样式

- 修改 MarketItem 组件中的标题和描述文本样式
- 优化标题和描述之间的间距
- 调整描述文本的字体大小和颜色

feat(Survey): 改进问卷标题处理和显示

- 在创建问卷时，将富文本标题转换为纯文本保存为项目名称
- 在问卷列表中显示问卷所有者名称，而不是场景名称
