feat(layout): 菜单重构布局并调整样式

- 修改了 AppMain组件的最小高度和样式
- 更新了 Sidebar 组件的背景色和内边距
-调整了 Logo 组件的宽度
- 重构了 layout 目录的结构
- 优化了路由配置
