style(login): 优化登录页面布局和样式

- 调整登录页面标题样式，增加 logo 图片尺寸和样式
- 添加版权所有链接，可跳转至公司官网
- 修复智能代理儿童组件中的日志和概览页面问题
- 优化图表标题样式，移除多余的换行符
- 增加时间选择器的 change 事件处理，动态更新图表标题
